The purpose of Think Bright Tutoring is to provide an accessible tutoring service to all students and parents with a degree qualified professional without the hefty price tag that some larger companies may charge. Having worked in a variety of classrooms in VIC and NSW, we know that sometimes students need that little bit of extra attention, though this can be hard to achieve in a classroom setting. You may be looking to help your child reach a developmentally appropriate benchmark for their learning, to bridge a gap in their learning, to help them prepare for testing or to just extend their abilities. Whether it is maths, literacy, spelling or reading, Think Bright Tutoring has the resource base and strategies employed in everyday classrooms that are able to attain real results and to help your little stars shine!

The last few months have been hard on many of us and with many schools have made the move to online learning. As a result, many parents have had to also juggle the demand of work from home themselves and homeschooling their children. If you find yourself in this predicament, we can assist with this also and guide and scaffold your child through any classwork they may be struggling with.

Of course, a child's attention span is limited and and distractions may arise, leaving some to find the online transition hard. So when the time is right and it is safe to do so, we will be extend our service to face to face if you wish in Port Stephens and Newcastle regions.

As a qualified professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education from Curtin University, I come to you with not only a passion for learning and to help others succeed, but also with a caring and vibrant personality best suited to connect with children.
My professional career has consisted of working with a diverse range of students now for a number of years now and I have had the privilege of working both in the Victorian and New South Wales Education Systems. This has allowed myself to have a well rounded understanding of how different students learn, the challenges they face and the various types of curriculum based resources available to help them bridge that learning gap.
My hope is that you will enjoy working with me as much as I will enjoy working with you and your child, thus enabling myself to develop the professional relationship and assistance plan required to let your little stars shine!
